 The word "Yoga" comes from the root word "yuj" which  means "to yoke" or "to bind".The word itself has numerous meanings from an astrological conjunction to matrimony, with underlying theme being connection. Yoga is a spritual ,mental and physical practice that  has been around since ages .Yoga does more than   burning calories and strengthening muscles,it is a workshop  which involes both physical and mental levels.
