Lice infest hairy parts especially the scalp but also the pubic region and the body with Itching.  Secondary infection due to scratching. Lice may be visible, but nits (eggs) are easier to find. Look for them on the hair near their roots, where they are firmly attached.

CAUSES

• It is easily caused by active infestation from another person with head lice. Poor personal hygiene is considered to be responsible factor over here.
