WHY NECESSARY TO DRINK SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF WATER DAILY

Our body is composed of about  60percent of water . the function of bodily fluids include digestion , absorbtion circulation , creation of saliva , transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration - A Condition that occurs when we dont have enough water in our body to carry out normal function . Even mild dehydration can drain our energy and make you tired.

  • Water can help control calories for years drinking lots of water as a weight loss strategy.
  • Water helps energize muscles.
  • Water helps keep skin looking good . Skin contain plenty of water and function as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss.
  • Water helps kidney . Body fluids transports waste products in and out of cells.
  • Water helps maintain normal bowel function adequate hydration keeps things flowing along our gastrointestinal tract and prevent contipation.

How much water we should drink everyday

  • For Men - About 15.5cups or 3.7liters                                                               
  • For Women - About 11.5cups or 2.7liters

Thats why Water is necessary for our healthy life.
