SORDES IN MOUTH

A dark brown or blackish crust like collection on the lips, teeth, and gums of a person with dehydration associated with a chronic debilitating disease.

Oral Debris, especially the hard coating of food, epithelial matter, and micro-organisms that collect on the oral mucosa, lips, and teeth in a dehydrated person.

Few associated symptoms are as:

  • Foul breath and bad smell in mouth
  • Ulcers on cheeks, palate, tongue
  • Redness with burning sensation of tongue

Few homoeopathic remedy are as followed.

Calendula officinalis:  The greatest healing agent having anti septic properties, applied locally. Useful in pains that are excessive and helps to drain the discharge or pus from the mouth ulcers.

Echinacea angustifolia:  Canker; gums recede and bleed easily; corners of mouth and lips crack; tongue dry and swollen; sores; dirty brownish. Promotes the flow of saliva.

Hydrastis Canadensis:   Tongue white, swollen, large, flabby, slimy; as if scalded; stomatitis. Ulceration of tongue, fissures toward the edges.

ARS - Unhealthy, easily-bleeding gums. Ulceration of mouth with dryness and burning heat. Epithelioma of lips.

COLCHICUM ,STRAMONIUM,PHOS.

CARBOLIC ACID -  Sordes under left cheek.
